The scientific and educational center "Al-Vasatyya — Moderation" published the book of the General Secretary of the World Union of Muslim ulama, the vice-chairman of the Council of Europe of fatwah and researches, professor, the head of chair of the fiqh of Law Basics of Qatar university, doctor Ali Mukhiddin al-Karadagi.The book is published by Nur Publishing house with a circulation of 10 thousand copies. The book of more than 250 pages, there are positions of Islamic divinity and the right for the relation of Muslims to not Muslims are stated.
The author notes that various fabrications concerning the attitude of Muslims towards those who doesn't practice Islam sound recently. "The shape of Islam as religions is tolerant, fair and easy for the person, deeply moral in the attitude towards not Muslims is distorted. The purpose of this spiteful company behind which there are anti-Islamic extremists, and also some orientalists – to discredit merciful, directed fortunately and approving the dignity of the person Islam, to represent him as cruel religion", - Mukhiddin Al-Karadagi considers.The author opened six subjects in the research:- The correct approach to interaction with others, demanding unity and force and assuming observance of the principles and rules by which the relations between Muslims are under construction;- Doctrinal bases and ideas of Islam which promotes peaceful co-existence and dialogue and by that creates prerequisites for perception of others;- The attitude of Muslims towards not Muslims in a peace time;- The attitude of Muslims towards not Muslims in the conditions of war;- Relation of Muslim minority to not Islamic state;- We and West: conflict or dialogue? Collision or co-existence?"We" are Muslims in the book, and not Muslims are meant by "others" - from among owners of the Writing and others. "Others" are not enemies or opponents, but partners whom it is necessary to treat as it’s said in the Koran.In research the author is guided by "Al-Vasatyya"’s principle (meridian, moderations), noting that the term "others" says about completeness, variety and distinction – one of Allah's laws, meaning that religions and ideas have to be different from each other. Supreme said: "And if Allah wished, He would make you by the uniform people, but … to test you in that I granted to you. Try to be ahead each other in good deeds! To Allah – return the all of you, and He will tell you where you have the dissidence!" ("Maidah ", 48)Doctor Ali Mukhiddin al-Karadagi emphasizes in the work that the Koran teaches Muslims to derive benefit from variety and urges them to advance each other, competing in good deeds, and a variety of the nations and religions is one of laws Supreme.Speaking about the rights of Muslim minority in the non-Muslim countries, al-Karadagi means the need of preservation of originality and individual traits of minority for variety preservation in society. "We are for positive integration where the Muslim keeps the belief and the religious beliefs", - the scientist writes.The author of the book also indicates the need to show the kind attitude towards the representatives of other religions living in the Islamic states. "And here it is necessary to remind that the history with all evidence testifies to that tolerance which the Islamic state since life of the Prophet (the world to it and Allah's blessing) and differed to this day. It didn't seek to dissolve in itself religious minority therefore these minority remained strong in all countries where they lived", – al-Karadagi writes, noting that when Jews arrived to Europe, didn't find there such haven which they found in the shadow of the Islamic state."We and the others" is a book where it’s possible to find answers for many questions of the relations of Muslims with world around. After all ayat of the sacred Koran and noble Hadith urge the Muslim to accept another one, recognizing him, respecting him and cooperating with him.
