On March 9, 2014 the Moscow office of NPTs "Al-Vasatyya — Moderation" the delegation of the World Union of Muslim Scientists (WUMS) as a part of her Secretary general Dr. Ali Al-Karadagi, Dr. Ahmad Al-Hammadi (professor of Qur'anic exegesis at Qatar university) visited, Dr. Khaled Al-Maskura (the chairman of the Highest advisory committee according to sharia norms in Kuwait), the Executive director of VSMU Mualay Rasheed Umri Alawi, Mohammed Al-Karadagi (the director of department of VSMU public relations) the coordinator of activities of VSMU in Russia Dr. Yusef Luaya. The delegation was accepted by the Chairman of NPTs Polosin Ali V. S. and the Executive director Zyazin of Page Yu.
During the conversation the results of events of VSMU in Dagestan, supported by Fund of Islamic culture, science and education were summed up. Dr. Ali Al-Karadagi noted that he managed to bring Salaphites"to Akhl Sunnah Wal jamaa" to dialogue with Spiritual management of Muslims of Dagestan for the purpose of situation stabilization in the republic. He was recognized by both parties the intermediary in their disputes. Many radicals changed the views towards moderation before arguments of Sharia which were given excellent by Dr. Ali Al-Karadagi.
In the conference resolution "Russian Muslims: the rights and duties", passed in Makhachkala on March 6th, 2014, need to develop the uniform social doctrine of the Russian Muslims - "the fikh of Muslims of Russia" was emphasized. This document has to give the sharia grounds according to the Koran and Sunnah (added) the rights and duties of the Russian Muslims before society and the state. Doctor Ali Al-Karadagi as reminded of the offer in assistance in creation of academy of the social Muslim right ("fikh") in Russia.
Guests of the center were acquainted with the text of a keynote speech of the Russian President V. V. Putin delivered in Ufa on October 22nd, 2013 translated to the Arabic language. Many theses of this program interested the Arab theologians, they unambiguously supported a position of Russia on prevention of a partition of the Islamic world and support of its unity. Conversation took place in a warm friendly atmosphere.
